Who We Are
Maple Expo is a full-service exhibition stand contractor based in Dubai, UAE. We design, fabricate, and install custom exhibition stands for companies participating in trade shows and exhibitions across the UAE — and we manage international projects for clients exhibiting in Dubai from their home countries in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Unlike many contractors who outsource fabrication, Maple Expo operates a complete in-house production facility in Dubai — our own CNC workshop, print lab, and carpentry team work under one roof. This gives us direct control over quality, lead times, and costs, with no subcontractor markups or hidden surprises. Every client gets a dedicated project manager from the initial brief through to post-show dismantling.
