How We Work With International Exhibitors
You don’t need to be in Dubai to work with us. Our process is designed for international clients who manage everything remotely — with clear communication, milestone approvals, and zero surprises on show day.

Brief (Remote)
Send us your stand size, exhibition details (show name, venue, dates), brand guidelines, and budget. We'll confirm availability and send you a preliminary quote within 24 hours.

3D Design & Approval (Remote)
Our design team creates a full 3D render of your stand. You review and approve (or request changes) via email or video call. No commitment needed until you're happy with the design.

Production & Permits (Dubai)
Once approved, we start fabrication in our Dubai workshop. We submit all required permits to DWTC, ADNEC, or your venue organiser. You receive production progress updates.

Installation (On-site at your venue)
Our crew builds your stand at the venue within the organiser's permitted build-up hours. AV, lighting, graphics, and furniture are all installed and tested before you arrive.

Show Support & Dismantling
We're on call during the show for any issues. After the show, our team dismantles and removes everything within the organiser's breakdown schedule. Nothing left for you to worry about.

No. Most of our international clients manage the entire project remotely. We run the initial brief via email or video call, share 3D designs for your approval online, and provide regular updates throughout production. You can choose to arrive only for the show itself — your stand will be ready when you walk in.
We recommend contacting us at least 8–10 weeks before your exhibition date. This allows time for design, your approval of 3D renders, fabrication, and submission of organiser permits at DWTC or ADNEC. For peak seasons — Gulfood (February), Arab Health (January), GITEX (October), The Big 5 (November) — we recommend 12 weeks minimum as our schedule fills early. |
Yes, we can arrange international crating and freight forwarding after your exhibition. However, most international clients choose to leave the stand with us for storage in Dubai for their next UAE event, or request full dismantling and disposal. We'll discuss the best option for your needs and budget during briefing.
Costs typically range from AED 15,000–35,000 for a 9–18 sqm inline stand, AED 30,000–60,000 for a corner stand (18–36 sqm), and AED 70,000+ for large island stands and double-deck structures. All quotes include design, fabrication, graphics, lighting, and installation. AV equipment, furniture, and flooring are available as additions. We provide a fixed-price quote with full itemisation — no hidden charges.
Yes. Maple Expo is a registered and approved exhibition stand contractor at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), and all major UAE venues including Sharjah Expo Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre (DXB Exhibitions). We handle all permit submissions, structural approvals, and compliance documentation on your behalf
Yes. English is our primary working language. Your dedicated project manager communicates with you in English throughout the entire project — from initial briefing to post-show wrap-up. We regularly work with clients in European, Asian, and American time zones and are flexible with communication hours.
Yes — we are a full turnkey contractor. We provide in-house large-format graphics printing, LED video walls and audio-visual equipment on rental, furniture (lounge seating, display counters, reception desks), flooring, and branded environmental design. Everything from a single supplier, with one invoice.
